Purpose
The security of the system is the top priority of our team. However, even with rigorous scrutiny and audits, given the novelty of the growing DeFi ecosystem, the potential for vulnerabilities still exists. That is why, based on our own efforts and professional audits, we have implemented a bounty program to identify bugs and vulnerabilities in the protocol infrastructure and smart contracts. In other words, we will reward you for helping us make the system as impenetrable as possible. If you come across a problem, we kindly ask you to let us know so we can take immediate steps to resolve it. As compensation, we distribute 0.X% of the total token supply to successful bounty hunters (from our funds). Please review the program terms and scope below.
Program:
一、Problem severity classification and related rewards
The index price is calculated using a fair price-weighted average and is the actual price used for trade execution.
Submitted issues need to meet the minimum severity criteria described below to be eligible for bounties. Successfully reviewed submissions will be rewarded in USDC based on the severity of the issue classification:
(1) Low: Up to $1,000 — Issues that may cause user dissatisfaction or minor technical failures. (UI & interaction issues are excluded)
(2) Medium: Up to $5,000 — Issues that could theoretically result in minor losses of less than 0.1% of protocol funds, disrupt protocol state, or cause severe user dissatisfaction or moderate technical failure.
(3) High: Up to $15,000 — Issues that could result in an immediate loss of protocol funds of 0.1% < X < 10% or severely disrupt the state of the protocol.
(4) Serious: Up to $100,000 — Issues that could result in an immediate loss of more than 10% of the protocol funds or permanently damage the status of the protocol.
Rules
(1) Rewards will vary depending on the severity of the issue. In addition, you can increase the reward by providing quality information regarding a description of the problem, instructions to reproduce the problem, and a solution (optional).
(2) If you want to add more information about the reported issue, you can create a new commit with reference to the initial commit. The technical knowledge required for the process.
(3) Duplicate reports of known issues will not be eligible. The first submission will be rewarded. Therefore, please report in a timely manner.
(4) Rewards will be granted on an incident-by-incident basis. The Vulnerability Bounty Program and terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of BLEX.
(5) The terms and conditions of the Vulnerability Bounty Program may change over time.
(6) Any interference with the protocol or client/platform services while the issue is active, whether accidental or not, will invalidate the submission and prevent a reward.
(7) Public disclosure of vulnerabilities will guarantee that submissions will be disqualified. Please read and follow the responsible disclosure policy below or your report may not be eligible for an award.
Responsible Disclosure Policy
If you discover a vulnerability, please ensure that you follow all of the following steps:
(1) Write a report of the issue as detailed and accurate as possible as soon as possible and then email it to:

(3) Do not take advantage of this problem.
(4) Do not attack our systems or protocols.
Once we receive your report, we promise to do the following:
(1) Respond to your report within 5 working days.
(2) Keep your report strictly confidential.
(3) Provide you with up-to-date information about the progress of your submission status and the resolution of the reported problem.
(4) Unless you wish otherwise, the issue will name you as a successful bounty hunter as a token of appreciation.
(5) Provide you with an appropriate reward according to the previous rules as a thank you for helping us make BLEX as safe as possible!
